This hydraulic cable feeder is an upgraded and larger version of the M900+, designed for efficient installation of heavy power cables in demanding environments. The machine handles cables up to Ø140 mm and delivers a maximum pushing force of up to 2700 kp, making it suitable for both medium‑ and high‑voltage cable installations.
The cable feeder is mounted directly to the excavator attachment and connected to the machine’s hydraulic system. All functions are controlled from the cab via an integrated touchscreen, giving the operator full control of the feeding process as well as the ability to log and document installation data. This enhances operational accuracy, safety, and traceability.
The feeding belts are engineered to provide maximum grip while remaining extremely gentle on the cable. The automatically regulated clamping force rarely exceeds approximately 7 kg/cm³, despite the high available pushing force. The belts surround the cable and create a stable four‑point grip that centers the cable and minimizes the risk of damage to the outer sheath. Both belts are hydraulically driven and allow stepless adjustment of speed and feeding force.
The cable feeder is available with multiple attachment options – S30, S40, S45, S50, and S60 – and is recommended for excavators up to 10 tonnes.
