The Staywire Frame is designed for safe, controlled, and efficient dispensing of stay wire directly from the reel. It allows operators to handle heavy wire coils in a stable setup, reducing manual effort and improving safety during installation work.
The frame features two removable arms, enabling a complete reel of stay wire to be easily loaded into position. Once the reel is in place, the arms are secured to fully support the coil before removing the retaining straps. The wire is then guided through an integrated feed eye tube, ensuring controlled payout and minimizing tangling during pulling and cutting operations.
Built from zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance, the unit runs on sealed ball bearings to ensure smooth rotation under load and long service life. Rubber feet provide additional stability on uneven site surfaces, making it suitable for outdoor construction environments and utility work.
