PowerFlow RAPID is a user‑friendly fiber and cable blowing machine designed for efficient installation in duct systems. The machine is developed to reduce setup time and simplify on‑site work through tool‑free handling and fast adaptation to varying fiber, cable, and duct dimensions. It is suitable for both fiber network expansion and installation of larger cables over long distances.
The time‑saving design is based on the RAPID flex block, which allows quick and secure mounting of both duct and cable without the use of tools. This enables the installer to easily switch between different fiber, cable, and duct sizes, increasing productivity and minimizing downtime between jobs.
The RAPID flex block is adjustable in both height and length to accommodate the wide variation in cable and duct dimensions encountered in real‑world installations. All adjustments are made easily by hand, ensuring optimal alignment and contact between cable and duct. This results in faster installation, improved control, and reduced risk of installation issues.
PowerFlow RAPID supports cable blowing using either air or water. Water‑assisted floating enables optimal installation results, particularly when installing larger cables or blowing over long distances. This flexibility makes the machine suitable for a wide range of installation conditions and project requirements.
