The industrial pneumatic pump type 600 is designed for efficient mid‑ and long distance distribution of fluids in industrial lubrication and hydraulic support applications. It's ideal together with our best seller 9794-GEL and also antifreeze liquids and general lubricants where controlled, continuous flow is required. The pump is suitable for use in both fixed installations and mobile service stations, making it a versatile solution for workshops, industrial plants, and on‑site maintenance operations.

The pump operates pneumatically and delivers reliable performance with a maximum flow rate of 14 l/min and an operating pressure of up to 20 bar. Thanks to its robust design and high maximum allowable viscosity (up to approx. 1500 cPs), it can handle a wide range of lubricants under varying temperature conditions, with a maximum fluid temperature of 80 °C. The pump body and all load‑bearing components are manufactured from carbon steel, while the air motor is made of aluminium for reduced weight and efficient operation. NBR seals ensure good chemical compatibility with oils and antifreeze liquids.

Type 600 is designed for flexible installation. It can be mounted in a fixed position, installed on mobile units, or wall‑mounted using available accessories. The modular design allows extensions for different drum or container depths, making it adaptable to many application scenarios. The pump is supplied complete with an adjustable telescopic suction pipe and an integrated pressure regulator, enabling safe and precise operation.
