Battery‑Powered Fiber Blowing Machine with Torque Control

This battery‑powered fiber blowing machine is designed for safe and efficient installation of fiber optic cables and micro‑ducts in access and distribution networks. The machine combines adjustable clamping force with advanced fiber protection technology, ensuring controlled installation without risk of fiber damage. Its compact, tool‑free design makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, particularly in locations without access to mains power.
The machine features a secure, non‑damaging grip around the fiber or cable, tested in accordance with relevant IEC standards. Installation is fully tool‑free, allowing quick setup and rapid opening and closing by hand. Blowing speed and torque are continuously adjustable, enabling precise adaptation to different fiber types, duct sizes, and installation conditions.
An integrated torque monitoring system provides active protection during operation. If the maximum recommended fiber load is exceeded, the preset torque limit immediately stops the blowing process, preventing overstressing or damage to the fiber. The battery‑driven design ensures independence from 100V/240V power supplies, making the machine ideal for field installations, remote sites, and temporary work areas.
