MicroFlow LOG is a compact and advanced fiber blowing machine designed to simplify installation work for network owners, contractors, and installers. By combining reliable blowing performance with integrated data logging and cloud connectivity, the machine supports both efficient installation and full traceability of each fiber blowing job. It is suitable for micro‑duct installations in access and distribution networks.
The machine handles fiber and cable outer diameters from 0.8 to 6.5 mm and duct outer diameters from 4 to 16 mm, covering a wide range of common fiber installation scenarios. With a preparation time of approximately five minutes, MicroFlow LOG enables fast deployment on site. Blowing distances of up to 2,500 meters can be achieved under suitable duct and fiber conditions, making the machine well suited for long‑distance installations.
MicroFlow LOG is fully compatible with OptiCloud. Access to OptiCloud provides comprehensive job documentation, utilization data showing how the machine is used, and data‑based insights to optimize performance. The system also delivers maintenance and service recommendations based on actual usage. The LOG template can be individually adapted to each specific job, ensuring relevant and structured documentation.
The machine is equipped with a proven protection technology that continuously monitors the fiber during installation. If the fiber cable meets resistance, a sensor immediately detects the event and stops the motor to prevent damage to the cable or equipment. Each blowing operation ends with a detailed report that verifies the quality of the installation. This full documentation ensures that installation quality is clearly recorded and significantly reduces the risk of costly errors or rework.
