Drum lifting shoe with chain designed for safe lifting of cable drums via the centre hole. The tool is rotatable and specifically intended for vertical lifting during loading, unloading, and handling on site or in storage areas. It is used together with a crane or other lifting equipment when controlled, vertical drum lifting is required.
The pendulum is lowered into the drum’s centre hole and locks automatically as the lift begins. Under load, the tip is pulled against the edge of the hole, creating a secure self‑locking grip without the need for manual locking mechanisms. The rotatable design reduces torsional forces on both chain and drum during lifting.
The lifting shoe is available in two sizes with lifting capacities of 1,300 kg and 2,800 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of cable drums used in LV, MV, and HV cable installations.
