VRK Fibra Plus is a compressor specifically engineered for fiber blowing and installation of fiber optic cables in ducts. Unlike general‑purpose compressors, it is not designed to maximize airflow, but to deliver stable, controlled, and dry compressed air optimized for long‑distance fiber installation and sensitive fiber handling.
The compressor features an advanced two‑stage cooling and drying system. An integrated cyclone cooler/dryer is combined with a separate secondary cyclone cooler and an electric fan, providing dual air‑cooling performance. This design ensures high air quality with effective moisture separation, which is essential for protecting both fiber cables and ducts during installation.
Engine speed is automatically adjusted based on the required air demand, resulting in low fuel consumption and reduced noise levels during operation. The system is reliable and includes automatic pressure release at the end of each working cycle. VRK Fibra Plus is powered by a robust Honda 690 cc gasoline engine with electric start. The fuel tank is conveniently positioned for easy and safe refueling on site.
Maintenance is straightforward thanks to easy access to all filters. The engine is equipped with a service hour counter that accurately displays total operating hours, supporting planned maintenance and long service life. The compressor is designed to be lightweight and easy to transport, simplifying lifting and handling in field environments.
VRK Fibra Plus is fully compatible with a wide range of professional fiber blowing machines and can be supplied with air/water hoses in multiple lengths to suit different installation requirements.
