The KW 3000 is a compact and efficient cable winch designed for professional cable pulling operations in power, utility, and infrastructure projects. The winch is supplied as standard with 1,000 m of Ø10 mm steel wire rope and is mounted on a single‑axle trailer with swan‑neck drawbar, providing excellent mobility and easy handling on site. Its design makes it well suited for medium‑length cable pulls where controlled traction, monitoring, and transportability are key requirements.

The winch is powered by a diesel engine with hydraulic transmission and equipped with two individually driven, grooved capstan heads, ensuring stable pulling performance and good grip on the wire rope. An integrated data logging system with touch screen enables real‑time monitoring and digital recording of pulling force, speed, distance, and operating hours. This supports quality assurance, documentation, and safe operation during cable installation.

The KW 3000 features a robust and weather‑protected construction with a lockable, sound‑proofed ABS housing and a hot‑dip galvanized base frame for long service life in demanding site conditions. The trailer chassis is TÜV‑approved for road use and includes comprehensive braking and safety equipment, making the winch suitable for frequent transport between job sites.
