This standard cable pulling grip is an open model that can be positioned anywhere along the length of the cable without requiring free cable ends. The design makes it particularly flexible for installations where retrofitting or installation at a later stage is required. The cable pulling grip is manufactured from galvanised steel wires in a double‑woven standard construction and is supplied with two stitching wires for manual sewing according to the included installation guide. Once sewn together, the grip forms a secure and evenly distributed hold around the cable.
The cable pulling grip is equipped with a standard pulling eye that is permanently secured with a pressed Talurit ferrule, providing a strong and reliable connection to a pulling line, winch, or suspension point. The double‑woven construction offers good tensile strength, flexibility, and even load distribution without damaging the cable sheath. The galvanised steel design provides reliable corrosion protection for normal indoor and outdoor use, such as in ducts, trenches, and cable trays.
The open model can be used both for pulling and for fixing or suspending cables, making it a versatile solution for installation work, temporary fastening, and service operations. Each cable pulling grip is clearly marked with the applicable cable diameter and the minimum breaking load to ensure correct sizing and safe use.
