This cable pulling grip is designed for demanding pulling applications where exceptionally high grip and high breaking load are required. The grip is manufactured from galvanised steel wires and is built in three sections with triple weave, double weave, and single weave in a defined zoned construction. This combined weaving structure provides significantly increased pulling capacity through improved grip on the cable sheath and higher overall strength compared with conventional standard grips.
The grip is equipped with a standard pulling eye that is permanently secured with a pressed Talurit ferrule, ensuring a strong, vibration‑resistant, and reliable connection to a pulling line, winch, or shackle. The advanced woven construction ensures effective load distribution along the cable and minimises the risk of slipping or local overload, even under high pulling forces. The galvanised steel design provides reliable corrosion protection and makes the cable pulling grip suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, such as in ducts, trenches, and cable trays.
The cable pulling grip is mainly used for pulling low‑ and medium‑voltage cables as well as other heavy or rigid cables where maximum grip and a high safety margin are essential. Each cable pulling grip is clearly marked with the applicable cable diameter and the minimum breaking load for correct sizing and safe operation.
