The KS-80 is a heavy-duty professional cable cutter designed for cutting large-diameter copper and aluminium power cables up to Ø80 mm. It is suited for demanding applications in LV, MV, and utility installations where high cutting capacity and controlled operation are essential. The long lever arms combined with a ratchet drive make it efficient even on large cross-sections, while still allowing use in relatively confined working areas.
The blades are manufactured from chrome-nickel steel, providing high strength and long-lasting sharpness for clean cuts without deforming the conductor. A proven needle-roller bearing ratchet mechanism ensures smooth, step-by-step cutting with reduced operator effort and high control. All steel components are hardened for durability under heavy site use. The quick blade release function enables immediate back-out in any position, improving safety and workflow when working on installed cables. The KS-80 is also capable of separating cables with thin sheathing, increasing its versatility on site.

Note: Not suitable for cutting hardened steel wires.

The tool features robust polypropylene handles for secure grip and durability, and a brown-finished surface for corrosion resistance and extended service life in outdoor environments.
