This heavy‑duty triple‑roller cable guide is designed for cable pulling operations where the cable changes direction along the route, including applications involving large‑diameter power cables. The design ensures stable guidance and effective protection of the cable during both horizontal and laterally offset feeding.
The two vertical rollers are mounted in a cradle that automatically adapts to the cable’s movement and bending radius, providing even load distribution and reducing the risk of abrasion and point loading. The horizontal roller supports the cable weight and contributes to low‑friction pulling, even under high loads. The cable guide is manufactured from galvanized steel to provide high mechanical strength and long service life in demanding installation environments. Multiple units can be coupled together when required to manage longer or more complex angled cable passages. Maximum cable diameter is Ø180 mm.
