M900+ is a robust and highly versatile cable feeder developed in collaboration with Skellefteå Kraft and Extena for demanding line work involving heavy and large-diameter power cables. It handles cable diameters from 28 to 100 mm and can be easily extended to accommodate even larger sizes. Its flexible design also allows efficient feeding of smaller cables, making it suitable for a wide range of installation scenarios.
The machine is equipped with specially designed feeding belts that wrap around the cable, creating four contact points to ensure accurate centring and control. Despite delivering a feeding force exceeding 900 kg, the surface pressure on the cable remains low (approx. 7 kg/cm²), ensuring gentle handling and reduced risk of sheath damage. The hydraulically driven belts provide stepless adjustment of the feeding force, enabling smooth and controlled cable installation over long distances or in complex routes.
A version with mounting bracket for excavators is available, compatible with S30, S40, S45, S50, and S60 couplers. This configuration is recommended for machines up to 10 tonnes and supports efficient, mechanised cable installation on site.
