This cable guide and insertion device is designed to guide and protect power cables during cable pulling operations, especially at angles before or after duct entry. By controlling the cable path and maintaining a defined bending radius, the device reduces mechanical stress on the cable sheath and conductors, ensuring safe and efficient installation.
The guide is built with a fixed bending radius of 1000 mm, making it suitable for medium and large power cables where minimum bending radius requirements must be respected. It is equipped with four galvanized steel roller bodies, arranged to provide smooth cable guidance through directional changes while minimizing friction and surface wear.
The robust frame and roller construction are fully galvanized, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long service life in trench, ground, and outdoor installation environments.
