This cable guide is designed to guide and protect power cables during cable pulling operations in manholes or when passing over sharp edges and level differences. The cable roller ensures that the cable is guided in a controlled and cable‑friendly manner across critical points where there is otherwise a high risk of sheath damage and excessive point loads. The cable guide is primarily used for underground and trench installations in LV and MV applications.

The construction consists of a robust galvanized steel frame, providing high stability and long service life even in demanding outdoor environments. The cable runs over three ball‑bearing rollers made of aluminium alloy, ensuring low friction, smooth cable movement, and effective reduction of pulling forces. The aluminium rollers combine low weight with high wear resistance and are gentle on the cable sheath.

The cable guide is designed for cables with a maximum diameter of up to Ø 160 mm and is easily positioned over manhole edges or other obstacles to ensure the correct bending radius and safe cable handling throughout the pulling operation.
