Cable Winch 3300 P 3T

SKU: 3300-1003
Model 3300 is a heavy‑duty hydraulic cable winch designed for underground power cable installation with a maximum pulling force of 3 tons (3,000 kp). It is intended for controlled installation of LV, MV, and HV power cables in trenches and ducts where high pulling capacity, precise force control, and operational safety are essential. The winch is trailer‑mounted and developed for demanding work in utility, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects.

The winch is built with a dual capstan wheel design, ensuring continuous access to full pulling force throughout the operation, independent of rope wrap. This results in stable, predictable, and safe pulling performance even under heavy loads. The wire drum is equipped with an automatic level winder to ensure even spooling and reduced wear on the wire. The robust chassis features a sprung axle, overrun brake, hand brake, adjustable support legs, and jockey wheel, providing safe transport, stable positioning, and efficient handling on site. As standard, Model 3300 is supplied with Ø10 mm × 1,050 m steel wire, protective cover (tarpaulin), and a drawbar pre‑mounted in transport brackets.

The hydraulic system incorporates a variable displacement pump, allowing stepless regulation of both pulling force and pulling speed. This enables precise adaptation to cable type, duct conditions, and installation requirements. The operator control panel allows intuitive control of in/out direction, speed, and engine throttle. The pressure gauge also allows the operator to set a maximum permissible pulling force using a red pointer, providing effective protection for sensitive power cables.

For documentation and quality assurance, an optional logging unit is available that records pulling force, speed, and installed length. Upon completion of the work, the log can be saved and exported to an external drive. As standard, the winch is equipped with a non‑rotating pulling eye. Conventional ball‑bearing swivels may cause the wire or cable to twist and become damaged; if rotation is required, a friction swivel is recommended, which rotates stepwise based on torsional load in the cable, minimizing stress and damage.

Key Benefits:
  • 3‑ton pulling force with dual capstan wheels for constant maximum traction
  • Stepless control of pulling force and speed via variable hydraulic pump
  • Automatic level winder for even wire spooling and extended wire life
  • Trailer‑mounted chassis with brakes, support legs, and jockey wheel
  • Optional logging unit for documentation of force, speed, and length
