Phase comparator is a two‑pole voltage tester designed for medium voltage systems from 5 to 36 kV. It enables the operator to safely detect potential differences between two points in high‑voltage installations, making it ideal for phase identification, fuse testing, and voltage verification in substations and network environments.

The system consists of two insulated operating sticks connected by a flexible, highly insulated cable (~1.4 m). One stick is equipped with a detection unit featuring dual indication (acoustic signal and flashing LEDs), while the second stick serves as a reference pole to complete the circuit. The device operates using high‑impedance measuring rods, ensuring minimal current flow and safe operation even under high voltage conditions. Typical applications include two‑pole voltage detection, verification of high‑voltage fuses, and phase comparison between circuits.

The tester provides a clear indication: active LEDs and sound signal confirm voltage presence or phase difference, while no signal indicates equal potential (same phase or intact fuse). Built with high dielectric insulating materials and tested up to 42 kV (system) and 90 kV (component level), the unit ensures high safety and reliability.
