The Cable Winch 3021 is a portable electric capstan winch primarily designed for cable pulling on ladder racks, now further expanded with an optional ground stand that significantly broadens its application range. The winch is intended for controlled pulling of power and communication cables during installation in buildings, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects where flexibility and quick setup are required.

The unit consists of an electric motor integrated with a gearbox, a capstan drum, and a quick‑mount bracket for fast installation on ladder racks. The motor is available in both single‑phase and three‑phase versions, making the winch suitable for different site power conditions. The self‑locking worm gear ensures that the load is safely held when the motor stops, eliminating the need for additional braking systems and improving operational safety during cable pulling.

Elvinsch 3021 can be equipped with a range of accessories to optimize handling and efficiency. Cable rollers for ladder racks reduce friction during pulling and are quick to install. A rope/hauling line can be combined with an optional rope winder for organized storage and handling of the pulling line. The rope winder accommodates approximately Ø8 mm × 500 m, Ø10 mm × 430 m, or Ø12 mm × 300 m. A wooden storage box with carrying handles is available for transport and protection. The newly introduced ground stand features anchoring holes for secure fixation and can be stored together with the winch inside the storage box, enabling compact transport and versatile use on site.
