This drum stand is designed for safe, stable and efficient rollout of power and fiber cables during installation work. By securely supporting the cable drum in a fixed stand with controlled rotation, the risk of cable damage is reduced and more consistent fiber blowing or cable pulling results are achieved. The integrated ball‑bearing system ensures smooth, near‑frictionless drum rotation even under high loads.

The stand is equipped with a hand‑operated mechanical lifting system using five (5) lifting arms spaced 100 mm apart, allowing the drum to be lifted evenly and safely into position. A detachable frame design with a complete steel drum shaft and one pair of centering cones ensures correct drum alignment and stable operation. The frame can be folded, making transportation and storage simple despite the stand’s high load capacity.

Manufactured from galvanized steel, the drum stand is suitable for demanding construction site environments and long‑term outdoor use. It is designed to handle large cable drums with a maximum load of up to 3,500 lbs (approx. 1,590 kg) and drum diameters up to 70” (approx. 1,780 mm), making it suitable for LV, MV and selected HV cable installation projects.
