This complete cable preparation tool kit is designed for professional installation of 12–24 kV medium voltage cable joints and terminations. The kit contains the essential tools required for safe and accurate preparation of cable layers, including outer sheath, semiconductive layers, insulation, and XLPE (PEX) insulation materials.
The kit includes a cable sheath stripper, stripping tool with adjustable cutting depth from 0.0–5.0 mm, XLPE chamfering tool, cable knife, FBSII stripping tool for bonded semiconductive layers, IMS handle, insulation stripping set for conductor sizes 25, 50, 95, 150 and 240 mm² (20 kV), and electrician's scissors. All tools are supplied in a durable orange carrying case for secure storage and transport.
The tool kit is suitable for installation, maintenance, and repair work on medium voltage distribution networks where precise cable preparation is essential to ensure reliable electrical performance and long service life of joints and terminations.
