Our new, patented and battery-powered Hydraulic unit 1019. A power source that is emission-free, mobile and can be used in most environments. The construction is robust, and when used correctly, this unit will be safe, durable and reliable. The unit is portable and consists of an electric motor and a hydraulic pump, which is immersed in an oil tank.
Flexibility
Hydraulic unit 1019 can be used anywhere on the market (where the requirements are met) and is excellent as a power source for e.g. drum drive on Drum Trailer 4720 PP and Cable Feeder 5060.
Battery-powered
The electric motor is powered by an integrated replaceable and rechargeable battery. Extra battery and charger is included so that the work can always be completed.
Operation & Technology
1019 engine drives a hydraulic twin pump where you can either use both pumps to get a larger oil flow, or just use one pump to achieve a higher hydraulic pressure. Choice of the number of active pumps is controlled via a hydraulic block, where an adjustable hydraulic pressure determines when one or two pumps are to be used. The possibility of adjustment makes it possible to avoid that the current pressure demand coincides with the switching pressure for the selection of the number of active pumps. The unit is connected to consumers via two hydraulic quick couplings.
