Mikael Swärd Appointed New CEO of Sahlins Sweden

Mikael Swärd, who served as Deputy CEO until the turn of the year, is now the company’s new CEO. He succeeds Stefan Svensson, who will take on a new role within the organization.

Sahlins Sweden is entering an exciting new phase under the leadership of its new CEO, Mikael Swärd. With extensive experience and a passionate commitment to the company’s future, Mikael looks forward to building on the solid foundation laid by previous leaders.

Over the autumn, Mikael has had the opportunity to immerse himself in the various aspects of the business and has a clear understanding of what needs to be prioritized moving forward. One key focus area is to further strengthen the organization by recruiting additional key personnel – a process already underway and expected to yield tangible results in 2025.

Stefan Svensson continues to play a central role

Stefan Svensson, who is stepping down as CEO after several successful years, will remain an important part of Sahlins Sweden. Few can match Stefan’s broad expertise, making him a key figure in the company’s future development and an asset to the entire power grid industry. Svensson will now be able to focus more on strategic areas such as sales, project consulting, and training.
